How to change or cancel your
reservation:

Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made more than 7 working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) before the date of service:

No Show:

If you do not show up at the service(s) booked or fail to advise us of a cancellation prior to your arrival, there will not be a refund of deposit paid. Guests will be charged for airport-hotel transfer if they do not arrive as per requested or no show.
(Applicable only to guests who have requested Hotel-Airport transfer)

Reduction & Extension:

Applicable only for hotels.
Reservations may be extended or reduced by contacting our office. The hotel cannot make any refunds, or offer the same low rates for additional nights.
If the amendment involves an extension of stay or additional rooms, we can arrange this, subject to availability of the room.

Remarks :

During peak periods, the service providers may impose stricter policies for cancellation and reduction of services. The policy shall be advised to you when we
receive the confirmation from the service providers.
Quality Express reserves the right to amend any of the above provisions without prior notice to our customers.
